              参展参会人数 5000 人以上，参展企业 400 家以上；产品展示设标准展位 400 多个。

五•  工博会参展细则
              （一）展品范围
              石油化工、家用电器、体育器材、电子机械、办公设备、汽车摩托车、房地产、建筑材料、饲料、食品饮料、医药保健、小型电机、高低压电器、箱包手袋、轻工纺织、日用百货、仪器仪表、服装服饰、羽绒制品、农海加工产品等 20 大类。
              （二）参展费用
              1 、展位配置：标准展位（ 3mX3m ）
              提供 1 张桌、 2 张凳、 2 支日光灯、 1 个 10A 电源插座、 1 块企业名称楣板
              2 、展位价格：标准展位（ 3mX3m ）为 2500 元 / 个。
              （三）参展方法
              1 、各地区可组团或企业自行参展。
              2 、参展商填写参展申请回执表，加盖单位公章后于 10 月 25 日前寄达湛江工博会展览招商组申请展位。
              3 、展位申请被接纳后，湛江工博会展览招商组即通知参展单位，并积极协助参展单位参展。
              4 、参展单位收到确认展位通知 3 天内，将展位费汇入指定帐户，并将汇款凭证传真至湛江工博会展览招商组。发票在参展商报到现场向大会总协调组索取。
              5 、展品发运终点站：广东省湛江火车南站。运输费用由参展商自理。如需协助提货，请参展商直接与湛江工博会展览招商组联系。

4. Exposition Scale

The exposition, with 400 booths available for products exhibition, is expected to attract more than 400 exhibitors and 5000 visitors.

5. Detail information of the Exposition

1) Exhibits Scope

Twenty categories including Petrochemical, Home Appliance, Gymnastic articles, Electronics and Machinery, Office Equipment, Automobile and Motorcycle, Real Estate, Building materials, Feedstuff, Foodstuff and Beverage, Medical and Health care products, Mini Motors, Luggage and Handbag, Light Industrial Products and Textiles, General Merchandize, Instruments, Garments, Agricultural and Marine Products, etc.

2) Exhibiton Expenses

A. Booth Specification: Standard booth (3mX3m)

Facilities Provided: one table, two chairs, one dustbin, two fluorescent bulbs and one

220V/10A outlet, One piece of board for putting on company name

B. Rate of Booth: ￥2500 RMB for each standard booth (3mX3m)

3) How to Participate

A. Both delegation and individual companies are welcomed to participate.

B. An application form shall be completed and affixed with company seal by exhibitors and be mailed to exhibition invitation team of Zhanjiang Industrial Exposition before 25th October for applying for booth.

C. The exhibition invitation team will inform applicants once their booth applications are approved and offer related assistance for exhibitors.

D. Exhibitors should remit the booth payment to the designated account within three days after receiving notice of booth confirmation and fax the remittance receipt to the exhibition invitation team. Invoice can be demanded from the General Coordinating Team at the check-in counter.

E. Exhibits delivery terminal: Guangdong Zhanjiang South Railway Station. Shipping charges shall be borne by exhibitors. If assistance is needed for consignment pick-up, please contact Exhibition Invitation Team of the Zhanjiang Industrial Exposition directly.
